The Speak Easy is a non-profit, co-sharing workspace supporting local entrepreneurs since 2012. Members and non-members alike can host both corporate meetings and social events for up to 180 people in our unique, converted warehouse space. Clients love our cool and inviting feel, flexible catering policies, layout versatility, free parking, and many other amenities that are sure to create a memorable experience for your guests.

  • Custom built farmhouse tables and white metal tolix chairs for up to 180 people
  • Speakers / PA System, Free standing speaker system with 2 wireless mics
  • TVs, 4 total – 1 in main space, 1 in conference room, 2 in breakout rooms, *Note: TVs cannot be moved out of rooms
  • HDMI cord
  • Ice Buckets- 3
  • Keg Taps / Hand-Pumps- 3
  • Speakers / PA System, Free standing speaker system
  • Trash Bags
  • Garage Door -Can be used for loading in vendor furniture or for natural light, *weather permitting

A note about alcohol. Events must go through a licensed alcoholic beverage caterer who can provide the permit necessary to serve full bar or have the option of obtaining a temporary beer/wine permit through the ATC.
